Governance

Quality Assurance System

RADIATORS is a pioneer of sustainable governance, with its adoption of Environmental Management Systems (UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001 certifications), together with the MOG 231 organizational model (Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 aimed at regulating Companies’ administrative responsibilities and establishing their code of ethics).

This allows the company to manage its processes through an Integrated and ethically sustainable system of governance, aimed at creating value and guaranteeing the sustainability of the business in the long-term.  In 2006, RADIATORS was the first Italian company in the sector to obtain the ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certification in order to comply with its commitments in relation to environmental policy.

Company well-being

RADIATORS’ identity is an expression of sustainability and is based on respect for workers’ rights and the development of corporate welfare measures that improve their well-being and the balance between professional growth and private life. The company policies adopted by RADIATORS promote equality, protection of vulnerabilities, social inclusion, and health and safety.

Circular economy

Once they reach the end of their useful lives, RADIATORS products can be reclaimed and reused. This enables us to give a second life to all the materials used to make the radiators, in this way promoting the circular economy and protecting the environment.

All supply chain processes are internally managed and controlled in order to provide impeccable quality to our consumers.

RADIATORS products comply with the most stringent European and International Standards.
